随着国家对环境问题的日益关注,不断加大在环境治理和恢复方面的投入,特别是环境监测和监察工作的实施,对环境问题的处理起到了重要的作用。环境监测与环境监察运行之间存在着紧密的联系,二者分属不同部门。为全面提高环境目标的实现,在整个环境工程的开展中,要注意环境监测与环境监察运行之间的协调,通过各种协调性工作的实施,提高整体的工作成效。基于此,本文在分析环境监测与环境监察关系的基础上,提出了相应的实施策略,有利于环境污染治理与恢复。

With the more and more attention to environmental problems,China has increased the investment in environmental governance and restoration,especially the implementation of environmental monitoring and supervision work,has played an important role in the treatment of environmental problems.However,there is a close connection between environmental monitoring and environmental supervision operation,which belong to different departments.In order to comprehensively improve the realization of environmental objectives,the coordination between environmental monitoring and environmental supervision operation should be paid attention to during the development of the whole environmental engineering,and the overall work effectiveness should be improved through the implementation of various coordination work.Based on this,based on the analysis of the relationship between environmental monitoring and environmental monitoring,this paper puts forward the corresponding implementation strategy,which is conducive to environmental pollution control and recovery.
