摘要
比较了不同检测方法测定水中的总锑,研究表明:FAAS、GFAAS、AFS、ICP-OES四种方法在曲线范围内均具有良好的线性关系;检出限分别为0.08mg/L、0.6μg/L、0.09μg/L和0.07mg/L,测定下限分别为0.32mg/L、2.4μg/L、0.36μg/L和0.28mg/L;选择曲线范围内的高、中、低浓度锑标准溶液,分别平行测定6次,相对标准偏差分别为0.5%~1.9%、1.2%~2.3%、1.7%~5.0%、0.8%~3.3%;选择实际样品进行加标,加标回收率分别为95.0%~99.5%、92.2%~98.0%、96.5%~101%、92.0%~96.0%;分别对不同浓度的有证标准物质重复测定6次,相对误差分别为1.3%、0.66%、1.7%和0.33%。实际工作中,可根据水质污染情况及排放标准要求选用相应的分析方法。
Different analysis methods to determine total antimony in water are compared.The research shows that:FAAS,GFAAS,AFS,ICP-OES all have good linear relationship between the curve range;the detection limits are 0.08 mg/L,0.6μg/L,0.09μg/L and 0.07 mg/L,the lower limit of determination are 0.32 mg/L,2.4μg/L,0.36μg/L and 0.28 mg/L;select the high,medium and low concentration of antimony standard solution between the curve range,and measure 6 times in parallel,the relative standard deviations are 0.5%~1.9%,1.2%~2.3%,1.7%~5.0%and 0.8%~3.3%;the actual samples are selected for standard addition,and the recovery rates of standard addition are 95.0%~99.5%,92.2%~98.0%,96.5%~101%,and 92.0%~96.0%;the determination was repeated 6 times for different concentrations by certified reference materials,and the relative errors are 1.3%,0.66%,1.7%and 0.33%.In actual work,we can select the different analysis method according to the water pollution situation and the requirements of the discharge standard.
