Comparison of two quantitative methods in the determination of semi-volatile organic compounds in soil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

在气相色谱质谱法测定土壤中半挥发性有机物时,通过对线性拟合曲线和平均相对响应因子两种定量方式结果的比较,发现在测定低浓度样品时,平均相对响应因子定量的准确度略优于线性拟合,而在测定高浓度样品时,线性拟合定量的准确性略优于平均相对响应因子。但两种定量方式的结果没有显著的差异,所以在实际工作中,可以忽略这种差异对结果带来的影响。

Contrasting the results of the two kinds of quantitative methods of the linear regression and the average relative response factor in gas chromatography mass spectrometry determination of semi volatile organic compounds in soil.The quantitative accuracy of the average relative response factor is better than that of linear regression in the determination of low concentration samples.On the contrary,the quantitative accuracy of linear regression is better than that of the average relative response factor in the determination of high concentration samples.However,the difference between the two quantitative methods is so small that the effect of such difference on the results can be ignored in the actual work.
