BR/SEBS硫化胶的制备与性能研究

摘要 为拓宽顺丁橡胶(BR)的更广泛的应用,开发现代高性能顺丁橡胶复合材料,本文并用氢化SBS(SEBS)改善BR的抗拉强度和撕裂强度,研究了SEBS含量变化对BR/SEBS并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:BR/SEBS混炼胶的正硫化时间减少,交联密度下降,门尼黏度在SEBS含量为20份时最低,相应的BR/SEBS硫化胶的抗拉强度和撕裂强度最佳,分别是BR硫化胶的1.8倍和1.5倍;经过热空气老化,BR及BR/SEBS硫化胶的抗拉强度和撕裂强度均下降,但SEBS含量高于20份时,老化后的BR/SEBS硫化胶的抗拉强度和撕裂强度高于未老化的BR硫化胶。 In order to broaden the wider application of butadiene rubber(BR),develop modern high-performance butadiene rubber composite materials.In this paper,hydrogenated SBS(SEBS)was used to improve the tensile strength and tear strength of BR,and the effect of the change of SEBS content on the properties of BR/SEBS combined adhesives was studied.The results show that the normal vulcanization time of BR/SEBS compound rubber was reduced,and the cross-linking density was reduced.The Mooney viscosity was the lowest when the SEBS content was 20 phr,and the tensile strength and tear strength of the corresponding BR/SEBS vulcanizates were the best,respectively 1.8 times and 1.5 times that of BR vulcanizates.After hot air aging,the tensile strength and tear strength of BR and BR/SEBS vulcanizates were reduced.But when the SEBS content was higher than 20 phr,the tensile strength and tear strength of the aged BR/SEBS vulcanizate were higher than that of the unaged BR vulcanizate.
