The existing detection methods have large deviations,especially when the rubber and nylon valves are placed vertically for size measurement,the measurement results have larger errors than the true values and the measurement results have large fluctuations.This article provides an auxiliary device and method for detecting the size of the rubber nylon valve of the engine intake manifold,which can enable the rubber nylon valve plate to effectively locate the nylon valve plate without cutting it,and then measure the relevant size.The operation is convenient and simple,the measurement result of the size is closer to the real value,and the measurement fluctuation is smaller,which improves the measurement efficiency and reduces the measurement cost.
