Chromium pollution in leather industry has the characteristics of toxicity and persistence,involving air,water,soil and other fields,which will affect human health and cause ecological damage.This article analyzes the current status of chromium pollution control in leather industry and the main problems at this stage,and proposes prevention and control countermeasures,hoping to provide some references for the formulation of heavy metal pollution prevention and control policies in leather industry.
