农业水资源利用与生态环境保护协同发展的实践研究

Apractical study on the coordinated development of agricultural water resources utilization and ecological environment protection

农业水资源具有灌溉、养殖、供水、旅游以及生态补水等功能,合理有效利用农业水资源,能增加农民收入、保障生态环境、促进国民经济发展,带来巨大的社会和经济效益。随着时代的发展,水资源的利用度越来越高,同时水污染、水生态等问题也愈发严重,严重影响了生态环境的可持续发展,同时对经济社会的发展也产生了不利影响。针对这一情况,本文通过实践研究分析农业用水、农作物及果林灌溉过程中对区域生态环境安全的影响,并提出兼具科学性和实践性的应对措施和方法。

Agricultural water resources have the functions of irrigation,breeding,water supply,tourism and ecological water replenishment,rational and effective use of agricultural water resources can increase farmers’income,protect the ecological environment,promote national economic development and bring huge social and economic benefits.With the development of the times,the utilization of water resources is higher and higher,and the problems of water pollution and water ecology are becoming more and more serious,which not only seriously affects the sustainable development of ecological environment,but also has an adverse impact on the development of economy and society.In view of this situation,through practical research,this paper aims to analyze the impact of agricultural water,crops and fruit forest irrigation on regional ecological environment security,and put forward scientific and practical countermeasures and methods.
