摘要
目的:观察低能量Pixel调Q像束激光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮安全性和疗效。方法:选取某三甲医院门诊收治的玫瑰痤疮患者100例,按照随机数字法分为药物治疗组(32例)、激光治疗组(34例)与联合组(34例),药物治疗组采用单独盐酸米诺环素治疗,每晚1次,100 mg口服,连续治疗6周;激光治疗组采用低能量Pixel调Q像束激光治疗,2周1次,连续6周;联合组采用低能量Pixel调Q像束激光联合盐酸米诺环素100 mg口服每晚1次,连续6周治疗。治疗结束后比较3组患者整体病情的评估(investigator’s global assessment,IGA)。结果:治疗前3组患者IGA评分差异无统计学意义,治疗结束后,联合组患者整体病情评估IGA评分、症状积分均较2个对照组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论:低能量Pixel调Q像束激光联合米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮效果良好,不良反应少。
Objective:To observe the safety and efficacy of low-energy pixel Q laser in combination with minocycline hy-drochloride in the treatment of acne rosacea.Methods:One hundred patients with acne rosacea in the outpatient clinic were randomly divided into three groups,based on the type of treatment the patients received.The patients in group one(32 cases)were treated with minocycline hydrochloride 100 mg orally once a day at night for 6 consecutive weeks.The patients in group two(34 cases)were treated with low-energy pixel Q-modulated image beam laser,once every two weeks,for 6 consecutive weeks.The patients in group three(34 cases)received both low-energy Pixel Q-modulated image beam laser and minocycline hydrochloride 100 mg orally once a day at night for 6 consecutive weeks.Clinical efficacy and overall outcome of three groups were compared at the end of treatment using Investigator's Global Assessment/IGA.Results:There was no statistical significant difference be-tween three groups in the IGA scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the IGA scores and the scores based on symptoms from the patients in group three treated with both low-energy pixel Q-modulated image beam laser and minocycline hy-drochloride were significantly improved compared with those of the two control groups,group one and group two(P<0.01).The overall effective rate of the group three received both low-energy pixel Q-modulated image beam laser and minocycline hydrochloride was significantly higher than that of the two control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Low energy pixel Q laser in combination with minocycline hydrochloride is effective for treating acne rosacea with less adverse effects.
