摘要
通过对高压电力电缆阻水机理及水树的形成原因进行分析,说明高压电力电缆阻水性能的重要意义,并指出电缆进水的危害。从纵向阻水和径向阻水两方面进行高压电力电缆的阻水结构分析,并选择合适的阻水材料和工艺参数,表明铝护套深度、节距均对电缆阻水性能产生影响。通过进行电缆阻水性能试验,验证电缆阻水性能满足国家标准要求。
By analyzing the water blocking mechanism of high voltage power cable and the formation reason of water tree,this paper explains the significance of water blocking performance of high voltage power cable,and points out the harm of cable water inflow.The water blocking structure of high voltage power cable is analyzed from the two aspects of longitudinal water blocking and radial water blocking,and the appropriate water blocking materials and process parameters are selected.It shows that the depth and pitch of aluminum sheath have an impact on the water blocking performance of cable.Through the water resistance test of cable,it is verified that the water resistance of cable meets the requirements of national standards.
