摘要
针对锅炉后屏过热器发生爆管的问题,对故障处进行宏观检查、化学成分检测、力学性能检测、金相组织分析。结果表明,后屏爆管原因为锅炉运行过程中炉膛烟温偏差、负荷存在波动、低负荷工况导致受热面管发生超温,以及锅炉启动升温速度过快造成氧化皮剥落等因素。
Aiming at the problem of tube explosion of boiler rear platen superheater,macro inspection,chemical composition detection,mechanical property detection and metallographic structure analysis are carried out.The results show that the reasons for the tube explosion of the rear shield are the deviation of furnace flue gas temperature,the fluctuation of load,the overheating of heating surface tube under low load condition,and the peeling of oxide scale caused by too fast boiler start-up temperature rise.
