Research on Development Direction and Applications of Railway Express Container Equipment

铁路快运货物的快速发展对集装器具的应用提出更高的要求。在研究我国铁路快运集装器具应用现状及存在问题的基础上,从适合铁路车辆、能够快速装卸、适合多式联运、采用标准化设计等方面提出我国铁路快运货物集装器具发展方向,提出适合铁路快运棚车、适合多式联运的快运集装器具设计运用方案,建议铁路运输采用适合铁路快运棚车的1360mm宽度集装器具,多式联运采用1200mm×1000mm国家托盘标准尺寸集装器具的双轨制快运货物集装化运输模式,探索解决铁路、公路用集装器具尺寸不兼容的途径。

The rapid development of railway express cargos places higher requirements on the applications of container equipment. On the basis of studying the application status and existing problems of container equipment in China’s railway express cargos, its development direction was proposed from the aspects of suitability for railway vehicles, fast loading and unloading, adaptability to multimodal transportation, and standardized design. In addition, the design and application plans of express container equipment suitable for express boxcars and multimodal transportation were presented. It is recommended that the 1 360 mmwide container equipment should be adopted for railway transportation, and the dual-track containerized transportation mode for express cargos should be employed in multimodal transportation with a national standard pallet size of 1 200 mm × 1 000 mm in China. The research explores ways to solve the dimension in compatibility of container equipment used in railways and highways.
