摘要 机车车辆防溜工作是车务专业的重点和难点。在对目前广泛使用的停车防溜设备和器具应用分析的基础上,从防溜设备和器具的智能化程度低、标准化、简统化不足、缺少安装和测试规范、防溜规章制度执行存在偏差以及中间站防溜问题突出5个方面提出铁路机车车辆防溜存在的不足;并针对性地提出提升物防技防能力、推进防溜器具标准化简统化、研究编制停车防溜器安装和试验规范、强化防溜规章培训和加强中间站防溜安全卡控的建议。相关建议对停车防溜设备的生产、使用、维修和现场管理具有一定的指导意义。 Anti-slip of rolling stock is the key and difficult point for the train operation department. On the basis of the application analysis of the widely used anti-slip equipment and instruments at present,the shortcomings of railway rolling stock anti-slip were put forward from five aspects, i.e., the low intelligence of anti-slip equipment and instruments, the lack of standardization and simplification, the deficiency of installation and test specifications, the deviation in the implementation of anti-slip rules and regulations, and the serious anti-slip problems at intermediate stations. Accordingly, suggestions were presented on improving the equipment and technology prevention ability, promoting the standardization and simplification of anti-slip equipment, studying and compiling installation and test specifications for anti-slip equipment, strengthening the training of anti-slip regulations, and augmenting the anti-slip safety control of intermediate stations. Relevant suggestions have certain guiding significance for the production,use, maintenance, and on-site management of anti-slip equipment.
