永泰县重点生态区位商品林赎买经济效益分析

Economic benefit analysis of commercial forest redemption in key ecological area in Yongtai County

对永泰县2016-2020年已赎买的商品林经济价值进行评估,分析其重点生态区位商品林赎买经济效益。结果表明,永泰县赎买的商品林从赎买当年评估值的8593.89万元增加到2020年的10260.34万元,年增长率达9.95%,效益超过银行存款和贷款基准利率。其中,杉木商品林赎买价值增加最多,马尾松、湿地松和火炬松、阔叶树次之,桉树最少;成熟林赎买价值增加最多,近熟林、过熟林和中龄林次之,幼龄林最少。

The economic value of redeemed commercial forests in Yongtai County from 2016 to 2020 was appraised,and the economic benefits of redeemed commercial forests in key ecological locations were analyzed.The results showed that appraised value of the redeemed commercial forests in Yongtai County gained an annual increment of 9.95%,rising from 85.9389 million yuan in 2016 to 102.6034 million yuan in 2020,which outperformed the benchmark interest rates of bank deposits and loans.Specifically,redeemed Chinese fir commercial forest achieved the largest increment in value,followed by Pinus massoniana,Pinus elliottii and Pinus taeda;broad-leaved trees and eucalyptus had the least gain in value.Mature forest showed the highest increment in value,followed by near-mature forest,over-mature forest and middle-age forest,and then by young forest with the lowest increment.
