教师课堂学习的实践理性与实施理路

New Practical Reason and Rational Implementation of Teachers'Classroom Learning

摘要 教师学习与发展是教育事业和学校建设永恒不变的工作重点,课堂是教师学习与发展的核心场域和主要阵地。主张并践行“教师课堂学习”,把教师学习与发展的目光和时空聚焦在课堂上,是深化教师培训变革的有意义价值追求和创新性行动构想,具有破解“工学矛盾”、笃行“做中学研”、重构教师发展生态的实践理性,可建构教师课堂自主学习、指向课堂的校本研修、围绕课堂的混合式培训等系列化“升级版”的教师发展实施理路。 Teachers'learning and development are the eternal focus of education and school construction.Classroom is the core field and the main position of teachers'learning and development.It is a meaningful value pursuit and innovative action idea to deepen the reform of teacher training to advocate and practice“teachers'classroom learning”and focus on the vision and time and space of teachers'learning and development in the classroom.It has the practical concept of cracking“contradiction between work and study”,insisting on“learning while doing”,reconstructing practical rationality on the ecological development of teachers,and also can construct a series of“upgrade”teachers'development implementation paths such as teachers'classroom autonomous learning,school-based training oriented to the classroom,mixed training around the classroom.
