教师的四种专业实践行为——基于舍恩的反映性实践思想

摘要 教师是履行教育教学职责的专业人员,教师的职业行为属于专业实践行为。基于舍恩的反映性实践思想,教师的专业实践行为分为科技理性行为、行动中识知行为、行动中反映行为和对行动的反映性行为。每种专业实践行为都有其特殊的内涵和运行机制。教师的四种专业实践行为既存在差别,又有内在联系。在教育实践中,教师应综合实施这些专业实践行为。 Teachers are professionals who perform the duties of education and teaching,and their professional behavior belongs to professional practice behavior.Based on Schon's reflective practice thought,teachers'professional practice behavior can be divided into scientific and technological rational behavior,knowledge behavior in action,reflective behavior in action and reflective behavior to action.Each kind of professional practice behaviors has its special connotation and operation mechanism.There are not only differences but also internal relations among teachers'four professional practice behaviors.In educational practice,teachers should comprehensively implement these professional practice behaviors.
