基于职业能力提升的幼师生语文教学能力现状与改进策略研究

摘要 伴随着幼儿教育的持续发展,基于职业能力提升幼师的综合素养,不仅能够强化幼师的教学能力,而且也能够为幼儿教育的发展输入源源不断的幼师人才。基于职业能力提升的视角,推动幼师生语文教学的改革,要求教师能够更新教材、优化教学理念,将幼儿语文知识融入到教学实践当中,让幼师生能够融会贯通,强化他们的语文素养,从而为其职业能力的提高提供可靠的保障。 With the continuous development of preschool education,improving the comprehensive quality of preschool teachers based on professional ability can not only strengthen the teaching ability of preschool teachers,but also can input a steady stream of preschool teachers for the development of preschool education.From the perspective of improving professional ability,promoting the reform of Chinese teaching for preschool teachers and students requires teachers to update teaching materials,optimize teaching concepts,and integrate children's Chinese knowledge into teaching practice,so that preschool teachers and students can integrate and strengthen their Chinese literacy in order to lay a reliable guarantee for the improvement of their professional ability.
