桐油基木蜡油涂料的制备及其性能分析

Preparation and Property Analysis of Wood Wax Paint Based on Tung Oil

桐油是一种天然的可再生材料,来源丰富,涂膜性能优异。一般的木蜡油作为底漆或者面漆时的抗氧化性和耐磨性较差,而经过桐油改性和特定配比而形成的木蜡油具有良好的涂膜效果。研究表明:30%聚合桐油、12%C_(18) UFAMEs、15%松节油、15%松香、1.5%防结皮剂、15%精制桐油、8%脱芳脂肪烃稀释剂、2.5%混合干燥剂,以及1%打磨助剂所制成的木蜡油底漆涂膜效果最好;30%聚合桐油、12%C_(18) UFAMEs、2.5%混合干燥剂、2%手感助剂、10%松节油、15%松香、15%精制桐油、5%脱芳脂肪烃稀释剂、5%蜡粉、1%防沉剂、1%复合光稳定剂,以及1.5%防结皮剂所制成的木蜡油面漆涂膜效果最好。

Tung oil is a kind of natural renewable material with abundant sources and excellent film properties.General wood wax oil used as primer or topcoat for coatings has poor oxidation resistance and wear resistance,but wood wax oil modified by tung oilwith specific ratio has good film effect.The results show that 30%polytung oil,12%C_(18) UFAMEs,15%turpentine oil,15%rosin,1.5%anti-caking agent,15%refined tung oil,8%dearomatization aliphatic diluent,2.5%mixed desiccant and 1%grinding agent can produce the best wood wax primer film.The best wood wax finish coating was made of 30%polytung oil,12%C_(18) UFAMEs,2.5%mixed desiccant,2%hand feel agent,10%turpentine oil,15%rosin,15%refined tung oil,5%dearomatization aliphatic diluent,5%wax powder,1%anti-settling agent,1%composite light stabilizer and 1.5%anti-caking agent.
