摘要
以钛硅分子筛为催化剂,探讨了以正戊烯为原料合成1,2-环氧戊烷的反应条件。得到最优条件为:以TS-1为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂,在50℃的条件下反应2 h,1-戊烯的转化率为90.3%,1,2-环氧戊烷的选择性为89.9%,1,2-环氧戊烷的收率为81.2%。
In this paper,using titanium-silicon molecular sieve as catalyst,the reaction conditions for the synthesis of 1,2-epoxypentane from n-pentene were discussed.Finally,the optimal conditions were obtained as follows:using TS-1 as catalyst and methanol as solvent,the conversion of 1-pentene was 90.3%at 50℃for 2 hours,the selectivity of 1,2-epoxypentane was 89.9%,and the yield of 1,2-epoxypentane was 81.2%.
