氯化胆碱类低共熔溶剂溶解麦秸木质素的研究

摘要 以麦秸为对象,考察了氢键供体种类、温度、时间对麦秸中木质素溶解的影响,并通过对溶解后麦秸残渣进行FT-IR分析,研究了溶解机理。结果表明:在温度为90℃、时间为7 h、固液质量比为1∶10的条件下,氯化胆碱-单乙醇胺(C-M)对麦秸中的木质素溶解率高达59.2%。通过FT-IR分析了溶解前后麦秸的结构,证明了C-M通过切断酯键、醚键来溶解麦秸中的木质素。 In this paper,the effects of type of hydrogen bond donor,temperature and time on the dissolution of lignin in wheat straw were investigated,and the dissolution mechanism was studied by FT-IR characterization of wheat straw residues. The results showed that the choline chloride: monoethanolamine( C-M) can dissolve 59. 2% lignin in wheat straw with liquid/solid( L/S) mass ratio of 10∶ 1 at 90 ℃ for 7 h.The structure of the wheat straw before and after dissolution was analyzed by FT-IR,demonstrating that C-M dissolves lignin in wheat straw by severing the ester and ether bonds.
