摘要
卡尔费休法广泛应用于化工产品中水分的测定。针对硫醇甲基锡产品水分含量测定的问题,从密封干燥剂、仪器参数设定、卡氏炉载气流速、加热温度等方面对卡尔费休法测定硫醇甲基锡水分的影响因素进行了探索,并优化实验条件,建立了硫醇甲基锡水分质量分数测试方法。采用卡尔·费休法测定硫醇甲基锡中水分质量分数,测定准确度(加标回收率)达到96%~102%,精密度为1.60%~1.92%,证明了该方法快速、稳定、结果可靠。
Karl Fischer method is widely used in determination of water content in chemical products.Aiming at the problem of determining the water content of methyl tin mercaptan products,this article deals with the problems of sealing desiccant,instrument parameter setting,Karl Fischer furnace carrier gas flow rate,heating temperature,etc to explore the influencing factors of the water content by Karl Fischer method.Then the experimental conditions is optimized and a test method for the water content of methyl tin mercaptan is established.Through experiments,the accuracy(recovery rate of addition)is between 96%and 102%,and the precision is 1.60%to 1.92%.Those results show this method is easy,effective and reliable.
