摘要
介绍了常用的气体分离技术,针对空气中氧气、氮气的组分特点,选择精馏法分离(即气体深冷分离技术)。着重介绍了气体深冷分离技术的工艺过程,分析了原料、工艺基础条件,以及设备选择及维护等对气体分离技术的影响,为得到高纯度的产品气体提供一定的理论指导和技术支持。
This paper introduces the commonly used gas separation technologies,selects distillation separation(i.e.gas cryogenic separation technology)according to the characteristics of oxygen and nitrogen components in the air,introduces the process of gas cryogenic separation technology,and analyzes the influence of raw materials,basic process conditions,equipment selection and maintenance on gas separation technology,It provides certain theoretical guidance and technical support for obtaining high-purity product gas.
