摘要
分组教学法的核心在于依据不同学生间的素质差异进行科学分组,并以此为基础展开有针对性的差异教学。针对高校“三校生”班级生源差异较大的现状,为提升教育教学效果,通过使用基于数据挖掘技术的PAM聚类方法对班级学生进行分类组团,有效避免了基于传统高校教师的主观判断进行分组所造成的偏差。而依据组别特征进行有针对性的分组教学也收到了良好的教育教学效果。
The targeted education has been well developed based on the core of the Group Counseling,that means the scientific grouping according to quality differences between individuals.In connection with the status of the large difference between individuals in one class,the Phylogenetic Analysis Method(PAM)based on data mining was used in this paper to classify the students in order to effectively avoid the deviation in subjective judgment in grouping students which often occurs in traditional college education.Positive results also supported the targeted group teaching according to the group features.
