河北省跨境电商产业高质量发展及对策——以河北省白沟跨境电商产业为例

How to Achieve High-quality Development Cross-border E-commerce Industry in Hebei Province:A Case Study of Baigou Cross-border E-commerce Industry in Hebei Province

跨境电商产业的出现,转变了人们的日常消费理念。它作为一种新型贸易形式,在我国贸易效率和经济转型升级上都有重要的促进作用。河北省是我国经济大省,但在跨境电商产业上的发展却不及其他发达省份,仍然有较大的发展空间。以我国跨境电商产业发展为背景,以白沟跨境电商发展为例,采用文献检索法和描述性研究法,发现河北省电商产业高质量发展中主要存在跨境电商产业进出口发展不平衡,物流体系不完善,高质量综合人才稀缺,电商平台信任度不高,以及相关政策不完善等问题。对此,提出了加强跨境电商市场建设,加快跨境电商物流发展,重视跨境电商高级专业人才培养,提高跨境电商平台信任度,完善跨境电商产业支持政策等措施,从而保障河北省跨境电商产业能够高质量持续发展。

The emergence of cross-border e-commerce industry has changed people′s daily consumption concept.As a new trade form,it plays an important role in promoting China′s trade efficiency and economic transformation and upgrading.Hebei province is a big economic province in China,but its development in cross-border e-commerce industry is not as good as that of other developed provinces,and there is still a large space for development.Taking the development of cross-border e-commerce industry in our country as the background,and the development of cross-border e-commerce industry in Baigo as an example,this paper mainly finds five shortcomings which include unbalanced development of import and export of cross-border e-commerce industry,imperfect logistics system for the cross-border e-commerce,the lack of comprehensive high quality talents,low credibility of cross-border e-commerce platform,and imperfect supportive policies on cross-border e-commerce.The research methods in this paper are document retrieval method and descriptive research method.For these shortcomings mentioned above,this paper proposes measures such as strengthening the construction of cross-border e-commerce market,speeding up the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics,attaching importance to the training of senior professionals in cross-border e-commerce,improving the platform trust credibility of cross-border e-commerce,and improving the supportive industrial policies for cross-border e-commerce,so that the cross-border e-commerce industry in Hebei province is able to sustainably develop with high quality.
