《伤寒论》中六经辨证,是以《黄帝内经》理论为基础,创新、完善了《黄帝内经》六经理论,并创造出与《黄帝内经》不同的六经辨证法则。关于六经辨证的理论溯源有两种说法,一说六经辨证源于《素问·热论》《灵枢·经脉》,一说六经辨证源于《伊尹汤液》。六经辨证理论传承至今,经历了宋代的启蒙期、清初期的崛起期、清中后期的坚守期、近代的复兴期、现代的发展期。六经辨证的传承是多方面的综合体,只有认清其源流与传承,才能抓住六经辨证的实质。
