基于“双毒学说”探讨藤龙四土汤治疗活动期类风湿关节炎

Discussion on the Treatment of Active Rheumatoid Arthritis with Tenglong Situ Decoction Based on "Double Toxicity Theory"

藤龙四土汤有祛内生伏毒、散外感邪毒的主治功效,其中部分中药或活性成分又具有调节免疫、抗炎镇痛、抗菌抗病毒、抗血栓等药理作用。藤龙四土汤的主治功效和其中部分单味中药的药理作用分别与活动期类风湿关节炎的病因病机和病理相契合。因此,藤龙四土汤临床用于治疗活动期类风湿关节炎,不仅可以提高改善病情的慢作用抗风湿药物的临床疗效,而且可能替代或减少双抗(抗炎、抗感染)药物的用量,并降低患者不良事件的发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Tenglong Situ Decoction has the main therapeutic effect of dispelling endogenous latent toxin and dispersing exogenous pathogenic toxin.Some Chinese medicine or active ingredients in it have pharmacological effects such as regulating immunity, anti-inflammatory and analgesic, antibacterial and antiviral, antithrombotic and so on.The main therapeutic effect of Tenglong Situ Decoction and the pharmacological effect of some single Chinese medicine are consistent with the etiology, pathogenesis and pathology of active rheumatoid arthritis.Therefore, the clinical application of Tenglong Situ Decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis can not only improve the clinical efficacy of slow acting anti rheumatic drugs to improve the condition, but also replace or reduce the dosage of double anti-inflammatory and anti infective drugs, reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of life of patients.
