黄藤素与6种抗生素联用对禽源耐药金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌作用 被引量:1

In vitro Antibacterial Effect of Fibriuretinin Combined with Six Antibiotics Against Multidrug Resistant Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 为了研究黄藤素与6种抗生素联合用药对禽源多重耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,SA)的体外抗菌效果,本试验采用纸片扩散法检测临床分离株的耐药性,采用96孔板微量肉汤稀释法检测黄藤素对3株SA耐药菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),采用改良的纸片扩散法检测黄藤素与6种抗生素联用对3株禽源耐药菌的抗菌效果。结果显示,3株临床分离株均为多重耐药菌;黄藤素与抗菌药物联合后,3株临床耐药菌株对5种抗生素的药物敏感性有不同程度的增高,抑菌圈直径增幅从1.04 mm到27.13 mm不等,其中与青霉素联用的抑菌圈直径增幅最大,与四环素联用次之,但是与克林霉素联用抑菌圈直径没有任何变化。针对耐药SA,黄藤素与青霉素、红霉素、万古霉素、四环素、庆大霉素联用比单独使用抗生素抑菌效果好。本试验为减少抗生素滥用,防控禽源耐药SA提供新思路。 This study investigated the in vitro antibacterial effect of fibriuretinin combined with six antibiotics against multidrug resistant Staphylococcus aureus.Drug resistance in clinical isolates was detected by Kirby-Bauer method,the minimum inhibitory concentration of resistant strains was determined by a 96-well plate micro broth dilution method,and antibacterial effect of fibriuretinin combined with 6 antibiotics on resistant strains was assessed by improved disk diffusion method.The results revealed that all three S.aureus clinical isolates were multi-drug resistant,and showed increased sensitivity to 5 antibiotics in combination with fibriuretinin.Specifically,the diameter of bacteriostatic circle increased from 1.04 mm to 27.13 mm,with penicillin producing biggest increase followed by tetracycline,but clindamycin causing no change in the diameter of the inhibition ring.Thus,for drug-resistant S.aureus,combination of fibriuretinin with penicillin,erythromycin,vancomycin,tetracycline,and gentamicin is better than antibiotics alone.This study provides a valuable option for reducing antibiotic misuse and preventing and controling poultry-resistant S.aureus.
