乳痈康复膏治疗奶牛乳房炎的效果

Effect of Breast Carbuncle Rehabilitation Ointment on Cow Mastitis

为了提高奶牛乳房炎的治疗效果,本试验用乳痈康复膏对182头患有隐性乳房炎的奶牛(包括治疗组91头和对照组91头)和96头患有临床型乳房炎的奶牛(包括治疗组48头和对照组48头)进行了对比治疗。结果显示:隐性乳房炎奶牛涂药第7天阳性乳区数从治疗前的352个减少到137个,乳区治愈率达到61.08%;涂药第14天阳性乳区数继续减少到22个,治愈率达到93.75%;涂药第21天阳性乳区数减少到13个,治愈率达到96.31%。临床型乳房炎奶牛涂药第7天阳性乳区数从治疗前的76个减少到32个,乳区治愈率达到57.89%;涂药第14天阳性乳区数继续减少到8个,治愈率达到89.47%;涂药第21天阳性乳区数减少到7个,治愈率达到90.79%。治疗组奶牛(包括91头患有隐性乳房炎的奶牛和48头患有临床型乳房炎的奶牛)乳汁中乳脂从治疗前的2.43%增加到用药第7、14天和第21天的3.17%、3.49%和3.89%;乳糖从治疗前的3.53%增加到用药第7、14天和第21天的3.97%、5.26%和4.57%;干物质从治疗前的10.26%增加到用药第7、14天和第21天的11.21%、11.35%和11.69%。因此,乳痈康复膏对奶牛隐性乳房炎和奶牛临床型乳房炎都有显著治疗效果(P<0.01)。

In order to improve the treatment of cow mastitis,this study applied breast carbuncle rehabilitation ointment to 182 cows with subclincal mastitis(including 91 each in treatment and control groups) and 96 cows with clinical mastitis(including 48 each in treatment and control groups).For subclinical mastitis cows,the number of positive breast areas reduced from 352 before treatment to 137 on the 7 th day after application,with a cure rate of 61.08%;the number of positive breast areas continued to decrease to 22 on the 14 th day after application,with a cure rate of 93.75%;the number of positive breast areas reduced to 13 on the 21 st day after application,with a cure rate of 96.31%.Similarly,for clinical mastitis cows,the number of positive breast areas reduced from 76 before treatment to 32 on the 7 th day after application,with a cure rate of 57.89%;the number of positive breast areas continued to decrease to 8 on the 14 th day after application,with a cure rate of 89.47%;the number of positive breast areas reduced to 7 on the 21 st day after application,with a cure rate of 90.79%.The milk fat in the milk of the treatment group(including 91 subclinical mastitis cows and 48 clinical mastitis cows) increased from 2.43% before treatment to 3.17%,3.49%,and 3.89% on the 7 th,14 th,and 21 st day after the treatment;lactose increased from 3.53% before treatment to 3.97%,5.26%,4.57% on the 7 th,14 th,and 21 st day after the treatment;dry matter increased from 10.26% before treatment to 11.21%,11.35%,11.69% on 7 th,14 th,21 st day after the treatment.Thus,breast carbuncle rehabilitation ointment has significant effect on cows with both subclincal and clinical mastitis(P<0.01).
