人工智能时代下畜牧业人才培养模式的初步思考 被引量:3

摘要 人工智能正在经历着一场堪称比工业革命的发展速度更快、覆盖面更全、错综复杂的变革,从而进一步推动网络化向智能化加速发展。人工智能可替代高度流程化、低认知度的工作,给教育行业也带来了一定程度的冲击。人工智能对教育行业带来的挑战,推进了教育方式、教育内容、教师角色和人才培养目标的改进。因此,教育者和学习者需要不断地挑战自我、激发自我学习、更新和再创造,才能更好地胜任本职工作。新农科发展中,随着畜牧业结构的调整,畜牧人才知识储备必须交叉更新和调整。新农科下的畜牧学专业人才的培养首先要改革课程体系,优化教学内容;其次教师要善于在学科的细分领域逐步交叉创新,以科研引领教学发展,逐步培养学生的创新能力;再次,构筑自我变革的勇气,引导学生逐步走出迷茫,学会人工智能的应用,在畜牧行业快速发展中顺应历史潮流的变革,培育适应新农科4.0发展的人才。 Artificial intelligence is going through a faster,more comprehensive and complex change than the industrial revolution,so as to further promote the accelerated development of networking to intelligence.Artificial intelligence can replace highly routine process and low awareness work,which has also brought a certain degree of lash to the education industry.The challenge of artificial intelligence to the education industry has promoted the improvement of education methods,education contents,teachers'roles and talent training objectives.Therefore,educators and learners need to constantly challenge themselves,stimulate self-learning,update and re-create in order to be better qualified for their own work.During the development of the new agricultural science,the knowledge base of animal husbandry talents must be updated and adjusted in response to the adjustment of animal husbandry structure.The training of animal husbandry professionals under the new agricultural science must first reform the curriculum system and optimize the teaching content.Secondly,teachers should be good at gradually cross innovation in the subdivided fields of disciplines,lead teaching development with scientific research,and gradually cultivate students'innovative ability.Third,build the courage of own change,guide students to step out of confusion,learn the application of artificial intelligence,comply with the change of historical trend in the rapid development of animal husbandry industry,and cultivate talents to adapt to the development of new agricultural science 4.0.
