渗透树脂与氟泡沫在早期恒牙唇颊面龋治疗中的应用比较 被引量:1

Comparison of the Application of Permeable Resin and Fluoride Foam in the Treatment of Lip and Buccal Caries of Early Permanent Teeth

摘要 目的:比较渗透树脂与氟泡沫在早期恒牙唇颊面龋修复中的效果。方法:将2019年11月~2020年9月治疗的早期恒牙唇颊面龋患者84例(共137颗患牙)按随机数字表法分为A组和B组各42例,A组共70颗患牙,采用渗透树脂治疗,B组共67颗患牙,采用氟泡沫治疗,治疗3个月、6个月后复诊,评价患牙显微硬度值(VHN)、白垩斑面积与患牙整个唇面面积比值(W/T)变化,记录新发龋情况。结果:两组治疗3个月后患牙VHN比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗6个月后B组VHN较A组下降(P<0.05);A组治疗3个月、6个月后W/T较B组均显著下降(P<0.05);两组治疗3个月、6个月后新发龋率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:渗透树脂与氟泡沫在新发龋的防治作用相当,但渗透树脂对恒牙唇颊面龋牙釉质硬度及白垩斑改善作用优于氟泡沫。 Objective:To compare the effects of permeable resin and fluoride foam in the restoration of lip and buccal caries of early permanent teeth.Methods:84 patients with labial and buccal caries of early permanent teeth(137 teeth)treated from November 2019 to September 2020 were divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the group A(70 teeth)were treated with permeable resin,and the patients in the group B(67 teeth)were treated with fluoride foam.After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the changes of the affected teeth microhardness value(VHN),the chalk plaque area and the whole affected teeth lip area ratio(W/T)were evaluated,and the new caries was recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in VHN between the two groups after 3 months of treatment(P>0.05),but the VHN of group B was lower than that of group A after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).The values of W/T in the group A after 3 months and 6 months of treatment were all significantly lower than those in the group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of new caries between the two groups after 3 months and 6 months of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of permeation resin is similar to that of fluoride foam in the prevention and treatment of new caries,but the improvement effect of permeation resin on enamel hardness and chalk plaque of permanent teeth lip and buccal caries is better than that of fluoride foam.
