急诊绿色通道对热射病的诊疗效果及监测指标的影响分析

The Influence of Emergency Green Channel on the Diagnosis and Treatment Effect and Monitoring Indicators of Heat Stroke

目的:探讨对热射病(HS)患者开通急诊绿色通道后,患者各指标的变化以及临床疗效。方法:选择某院2017年3月~2019年10月的热射病患者共70例,作为本次研究对象,随机分为实验组和常规组各35例,常规组给予患者传统诊治流程治疗,实验组对患者进行急诊绿色通道流程治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的痊愈情况、体温降温至达标用时、发生并发症的状况以及治疗后的临床疗效。结果:实验组的患者在治疗后,住院天数、恢复时间、体温降温时间均比常规组的用时更短;实验组电解质指标、肾功能、肝功能、凝血功能以及并发症的发生明显优于常规组,且治疗总有效率(91.43%)也高于常规组(71.43%)(P<0.05)。结论:开通急诊绿色通道对热射病患者诊断治疗,即在及早预后的情况下,可有效改善热射病患者的电解质紊乱、肾功能、肝功能以及凝血功能,能及时降温且减少并发症,同时也能缩短恢复时间,促进患者病情恢复。

Objective:To explore the indexes changes and clinical efficacy of patients with heat stroke(HS)after opening the emergency green channel.Methods:70 HS patients treated in a hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and routine group,with 35 cases in each group.The routine group received the conventional diagnosis and treatment procedures,and the experimental group received the emergency green channel.The healing conditions,body temperature recovery time,incidence of complications and curative effects after treatment were observed.Results:After therapy,the hospital stays,healing time and body temperature recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the routine group;The electrolyte index,renal function,liver function,coagulation function and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were better than those in the routine group;The total effective rate in the experimental group(91.43%)was higher than that in the routine group(71.43%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Opening the emergency green channel in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with heat stroke,that is,under the early prognosis,can effectively improve the electrolyte disorder,kidney function,liver function and coagulation function,timely lower the temperature,reduce the complications,shorten the recovery time,and promote the recovery of the patients.
