多学科神经功能干预对缺血性脑卒中患者血清NSE、S100β、NPY及生活功能的影响研究

Study of the Effects of Multidisciplinary Neurological Function Intervention on Serum NSE,S100β,NPY and Life Function in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的:研究多学科神经功能干预的实施方法及在缺血性脑卒中(CIS)护理中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的84例CIS患者随机分为C组和C+S组各42例,C组实施常规护理,C+S组实施常规护理+多学科神经功能干预护理。于两组患者护理干预前后,分别检测神经功能指标(血清NSE、S100β、NPY)和生活功能指标(FMA量表、Barthel指数)。结果:护理后,C+S组患者血清NSE、S100β、NPY均低于C组(P<0.05),C+S组患者FMA评分、Barthel指数均高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:通过予以CIS患者多学科神经功能干预可有效提高患者神经功能的康复效果,提高生活功能。

Objective:To investigate the implementation of multidisciplinary neurological function intervention and its application value in the nursing of ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods:84 cases of CIS patients admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into C group(42 cases)and C+S group(42 cases),and they were given routine nursing and routine nursing+multidisciplinary neurological function intervention nursing,respectively.Before and after nursing intervention,the neurological function indexes(serum NSE,S100β,NPY)and life function indexes(FMA scale,Barthel index)were detected.Results:After nursing,serum NSE,S100βand NPY in C+S group were lower than those in C group(P<0.05),FMA score and Barthel index in C+S group were higher than those in C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary neurological function intervention in CIS patients can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of neurological function and life function.
