血脂前馈控制对老年冠心病患者血清Lp-PLA2、apoM及心功能的影响研究

Study of the Effect of Blood Lipid Feedforward Control on Serum Lp-PLA2,ApoM and Cardiac Function in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:研究血脂前馈控制干预的实施方法及在老年冠心病患者护理中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的120例老年冠心病患者随机分为C组和C+X组各60例,C组实施常规护理,C+X组实施常规护理+血脂前馈控制护理,于两组患者护理前后,分别检测血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、血清动脉粥样硬化因子(Lp-PLA2、apoM)和心功能指标(LVEDd、LVESd、LVEF)。结果:护理后,C+X组患者TC、TG、LDL-C低于C组,HDL-C高于C组(P<0.05);C+X组患者血清Lp-PLA2低于C组,apoM高于C组(P<0.05);C+X组患者LVEDd、LVESd低于C组,LVEF高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者采用血脂前馈控制护理能有效降低动脉粥样硬化风险,提高心功能。

Objective:To study the implementation method of blood lipid feedforward control intervention and its application value in elderly patients.Methods:120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into group C(60 cases)and group C+X(60 cases).They were given the routine nursing and routine nursing+blood lipid feedforward control nursing,respectively.The blood lipid indexes(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),serum atherosclerotic factors(Lp-PLA2,apoM)and cardiac function indexes(LVEDd,LVESd,LVEF)before and after the nursing in the two groups were detected.Results:After nursing,the TC,TG,and LDL-C in group C+X were lower than those in group C,the HDL-C was higher than that in group C(P<0.05);and the serum LP-PLA2 in group C+X was lower than that in group C,apoM in group C+X was higher than that in group C(P<0.05);LVEDd and LVESd in group C+X were lower than those in group C(P<0.05),LVEF of group C+X was higher than that of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood lipid feedforward control in the nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively reduce the risk of atherosclerosis and improve cardiac function.
