综合性分期康复对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Comprehensive Staged Rehabilitation on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:分析综合性分期护理康复对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月80例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,参照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,所有患者均采取手术治疗,对照组接受一般性护理,研究组接受综合性分期护理。比较两组患者康复效果(康复训练依从性、训练舒适度和生理舒适度)、生活质量评分(生活自理能力、物质能力、生存能力和心理能力)、Oswestry腰腿功能评分以及疼痛症状(疼痛视觉模拟评分)。结果:研究组康复训练依从性、训练舒适度和生理舒适度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分明显比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组腰椎功能评分、疼痛症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性分期护理应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者中效果显著,能够有效提高患者康复效果以及生活质量,改善患者腰腿功能并降低患者疼痛感,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of comprehensive staged nursing rehabilitation on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients received surgical treatment,the control group was given general nursing,and the study group received comprehensive staged nursing.The rehabilitation effect(rehabilitation training compliance,training comfort,and physiological comfort),quality of life score(self-care ability,material ability,survival ability,and psychological ability),Oswestry lumbar and leg function score,and pain symptoms(visual analogue pain score)were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance,training comfort and physiological comfort of rehabilitation training in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of lumbar function and pain symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive staged nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation has significant effect,which can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients,improve the function of patients'waist and legs,and reduce the pain of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
