高热惊厥前馈控制对新生儿重症肺炎患儿血气指标及神经功能的影响研究 被引量:3

Study of the Effect of Feedforward Control of Febrile Convulsion on Blood Gas Index and Neurological Function of Neonates with Severe Pneumonia

摘要 目的:研究高热惊厥前馈控制的实施方法及在新生儿重症肺炎患儿护理中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的80例新生儿重症肺炎患儿随机分为C组和C+G组各40例,分别实施常规护理、常规护理+高热惊厥前馈控制护理。统计两组患儿高热惊厥的发生情况,检测患儿血清指标(PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、P/F)和血清神经功能指标(NSE、S-100β蛋白)。结果:C+G组患儿高热惊厥发生率、复发率依次为5%、0,均低于C组的15%、50%(P<0.05);且C+G组患儿高热惊厥持续时间及退热时间均短于C组(P<0.05)。护理后,C+G组患儿PaO_(2)、P/F均高于C组(P<0.05),PaCO_(2)低于C组(P<0.05),C+G组患儿血清NSE、S-100β蛋白均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:于新生儿重症肺炎患儿护理中通过高热惊厥前馈控制干预能有效降低患儿高热惊厥的发生率和持续时间,改善血气指标,减轻神经损伤。 Objective:To study the implementation method of feedforward control of febrile convulsion and its application value in the nursing of neonates with severe pneumonia.Methods:80 cases of neonatal severe pneumonia in a hospital were randomly divided into C group(n=40)and C+G group(n=40),and they were given routine nursing and routine nursing+febrile convulsion feedforward control nursing,respectively.The incidence of febrile convulsion in the two groups was analyzed,and serum indexes(PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),P/F)and serum neurological function indexes(NSE,S-100βprotein)were detected.Results:The incidence and recurrence rates of febrile convulsion in C+G group were 5%and 0,respectively,which were lower than 15%and 50%in C group(P<0.05).The duration of febrile convulsion and antipyretic time in C+G group were shorter than those in C group(P<0.05).After nursing,PaO_(2)and P/F in C+G group were higher than those in C group(P<0.05),PaCO_(2)was lower than that in C group(P<0.05),and serum NSE and S-100βprotein in C+G group were lower than those in C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Feedforward control intervention of febrile convulsion can effectively reduce the incidence and duration of febrile convulsion in neonates with severe pneumonia,improve blood gas index and alleviate nerve damage.
