阿尔茨海默病的衰老机制和干预策略研究综述

Alzheimer’s Disease:Ageing-Related Pathogenesis and Intervention Strategies

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)是影响老年人群健康的重大疾病,给家庭和社会造成了沉重的负担。然而目前对AD的发生机制缺乏足够了解,临床防治困难。本文基于近年来的研究进展,从衰老角度探讨AD的发生机制和防治策略,包括衰老对大脑功能的影响、衰老促进AD发生的作用机制、以衰老为干预靶点的AD防治策略,并对我国AD研究提出建议。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a major disease affecting the health of the elderly and bringing a heavy burden to the family and society.China has entered an ageing society,facing a high prevalence and a tough intervention task of AD.However,the pathogenesis of AD remains elusive,and no effective disease-modifying therapies are currently available.Ageing is the most important risk factor for AD.Recent studies suggest that ageing,from multiple aspects,causes the functional decline of organs and tissues including the brain,whereby contributes to the development of AD.Based on recent research progresses,this paper will discuss the AD pathogenesis and potential intervention strategies from the perspective of ageing,including the influence of ageing on brain function,mechanisms underlying the contribution of ageing to AD,and ageing-targeted intervention strategies for AD.Finally,we will discuss the implications for future AD research in China.
