摘要
基因组DNA携带着控制细胞生长、分化的重要生命信息,其结构及功能的相对稳定是物种得以生存延续的前提与保障。越来越多的研究表明,DNA损伤修复能力的下降将导致基因组不稳定性的增加,最终成为诱导衰老及其相关疾病发生的关键因素之一。本文在综述基因组稳定性与衰老之间关系的基础上,探讨通过靶向DNA修复来干预衰老的发展趋势及其发展前景。
Genetic information carried by the genome regulates cell growth and differentiation.The stability of genome plays important role in the survival and continuation of species.More and more studies have suggested that increased genome instability caused by decline or defect of DNA damage repair is one of the main factors inducing aging and age-related diseases.Here,we review the relationship between genome stability and aging,and mainly summarize the development trend of intervening aging by targeting DNA repair.
