摘要
美国高度重视生物医药创新发展,政府、医药企业和风险投资机构等对生物医学和新药研发进行了长期大量的投入,在医学研究、药物研发、新药批准等方面位居世界前列,其医药创新与研发趋势是全球医药行业发展的风向标。本文总结美国联邦政府、地方政府、企业及风险投资机构对生物医药研究的研发投入、支持方式和重点领域,分析美国生物医药创新发展趋势,对我国生物医药研发领域的发展提出建议。
The United States attaches great importance to biomedical innovation and new drugs development.The government,pharmaceutical companies and venture capital have made long-term and large investments in Research and development of biomedicine and new drugs.Ranked among the top in the world in medical research,drug development and new drug approvals,the United States’Biomedicine innovation and R&D trend is the vane of the development of the global pharmaceutical industry.By summarizing the R&D investment,support methods and key areas of biomedicine research by the U.S.federal government,local governments,enterprises and venture capital,the article analyzes the development trend of biomedical innovation in the United States and puts forward development proposals in the field of biomedicine research and development in China.
