电流对高压断路器动态回路电阻的影响

摘要 为探究电流对高压断路器动态回路电阻的影响,选择了两种磨损程度不一的触头系统,将其分别放置于不同的电流中,旨在测量其动态回路的电阻信号,总结动态回路电阻呈现出的特征量的常规性变化规律,分析电流对回路电阻起到联动影响的基本原理。得到可通过提升测量电流以此确定弧触头实际行程,降低弧触头及动态回路电阻的结论,以及通过降低电阻曲线的动态波动。 In order to explore the effect of current on the dynamic loop resistance of high-voltage circuit breakers,two contact systems with different degrees of wear were selected in this experimental study,and they were placed in different test currents.It aims to measure the resistance signal of its dynamic loop,summarize the regular change law of the characteristic quantity presented by the dynamic loop resistance,and analyze the basic principle of the linkage effect of the current on the loop resistance.It is concluded that the actual stroke of the arc contact can be determined by increasing the measured current,and the resistance of the arc contact and the dynamic loop can be reduced;and by reducing the dynamic fluctuation of the resistance curve.
