基于增强现实技术的高压断路器检修应用研究

电网设备是我国庞大的电网系统的重要组成部分,在电网设备中,高压断路器主要负责对电网进行保护和实现开断功能,高压断路器的稳定运行直接关系电网是否正常供电。随着我国科技水平的不断提升,在电网方面要求越来越多地使用智能化监测设施,来保证电网中设备的正常工作和对电网设备状态的检测。高压断路器的主要故障一般是由于其操作机构产生的机械故障使其不能够正常工作。通过对增强现实技术的关键技术介绍,展开基于增强现实技术在日常高压断路器巡检中的应用研究,在掌握高压断路器的运行状态和运行情况后,整合其相关参数状态数据,实现将增强现实技术应用到电力巡检中,减轻一线巡检工作人员的工作压力,提高其工作的安全性和高效性。

Power grid equipment is an important part of China’s huge power grid system.In power grid equipment,high-voltage circuit breaker is mainly responsible for protecting the power grid and realizing the breaking function.The stable operation of high-voltage circuit breaker is directly related to whether the power grid supplies power normally.With the continuous improvement of China’s scientific and technological level,more and more intelligent monitoring facilities are required in the power grid to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in the power grid and the detection of the state of the power grid equipment.The main fault of high-voltage circuit breaker is generally due to the mechanical fault generated by its operating mechanism,which makes it unable to work normally.This paper will introduce the key technologies of augmented reality technology,carry out the application research of augmented reality technology in daily inspection of high-voltage circuit breaker,and integrate the relevant parameter state data after mastering the operation state and operation condition of high-voltage circuit breaker,The augmented reality technology is applied to the power inspection,which can reduce the work pressure of the current front-line inspection staff and improve their work safety and efficiency.
