摘要 随着“碳达峰碳中和”及2030年风电、太阳能发电总装机容量达到12亿kW以上目标的提出,以可再生能源为核心的能源革命持续快速演进,碳达峰碳中和深刻改变着我国经济社会发展方式,风电和光伏项目将实现高质量跃升发展。在此背景下,对风电和光伏项目风险管理进行研究。目前,我国传统化石能源发电依然占据着较高的比例,不利于我国能源发展战略的实施。在能源问题日益紧张的情况下,国家进一步加强并规范了风电和光伏项目开发建设流程,但是,在风电和光伏项目实施过程中,依然存在一些不可控的因素,导致项目开发建设时存在一定的风险。 With the“carbon peak carbon neutrality”and the 2030 goal of achieving a total installed capacity of wind power and solar power of more than 1.2 billion kilowatts,the energy revolution centered on renewable energy continues to evolve rapidly,and carbon peaks and carbon neutral It has profoundly changed my country’s economic and social development mode,and wind power and photovoltaic projects will achieve high-quality development.In this context,research on risk management of wind power and photovoltaic projects is of great significance.At present,my country’s traditional fossil energy power generation still occupies a relatively high proportion,which is not conducive to the implementation of my country’s energy development strategy.In the face of increasingly tense energy issues,the country has further strengthened and standardized the development and construction process of wind power and photovoltaic projects.However,there are still some uncontrollable factors in the implementation of wind power and photovoltaic projects,which lead to certain problems in project development and construction.risk.
