基于修复电量的同期线损质量提升

摘要 线损率和电量是电力系统的重要指标,服务降损增效。降损增效不仅可以提升电网企业的经济效益、社会效益,同时可支撑国家双碳方针,通过节能减排,服务碳达峰碳中和。电量指标有赖于物理采集设备准确性,但采集设备时常出现故障,而电网对指标的数据时效要求较高,因此,需要通过对电量的智能修复提高数据质量。通过对电量数据的智能识别与自动修复,促使数据归真,并通过修复后线损率指标验证数据修复的准确性,从而提升同期线损数据质量,减少人工排查工作量,提高线损率异常核查效率。 Line loss rate and electric quantity are important indexes of power system,which can reduce service loss and increase efficiency.Loss reduction and efficiency increase can not only improve the economic and social benefits of power grid enterprises,but also support the national dual carbon policy to serve carbon peak and carbon neutralization through energy conservation and emission reduction.The electric quantity index depends on the accuracy of the physical acquisition equipment,but the acquisition equipment often fails,and the power grid has high requirements for the data timeliness of the index.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the data quality through the intelligent repair of the index.Through the intelligent identification and automatic repair of electric quantity data,this paper promotes the data to be true,and verifies the accuracy of data repair through the line loss rate index after repair,so as to improve the quality of line loss data in the same period,reduce the workload of manual troubleshooting,and improve the efficiency of line loss rate verification.
