基于预付费电能表的拉合闸控制系统软硬件设计

摘要 针对用户在电能使用过程中逐渐向预付费电能计量系统转换,经常造成用户由于欠费造成被断电现象的发生,用户的用电可靠性被降低。基于这种情况,设计了预付费电表拉合闸控制系统,该系统可以对用户用电过程中的剩余费用进行监控,当剩余费用低于某一设定值后,就会给用户发出提醒信息。当预存费用达到欠费状态后,为了减小跳闸对用户设备造成的冲击,会采集用户负荷电压电流,使跳闸点尽量选择在电流零点附近跳闸。实验结果表明,所设计的拉合闸控制系统满足设计要求,达到预期目的。 For the gradual conversion of users to the prepaid electric energy metering system in the process of power use,the user is power off due to arrears,and the reliability of the user’s power consumption is reduced.Based on this situation,a prepaid meter closing control system is designed,which can monitor the remaining cost of the user,and give the user a reminder message when the remaining cost is lower than a set value.When the pre-deposit cost reaches the unpaid state,in order to reduce the impact of the trip on the user equipment,the user load voltage current will be collected,so that the trip point will choose to trip near the current zero point as far as possible.From the experimental results,the designed pull and closing control system meets the design requirements and achieves the desired purpose.
