摘要
空气源热泵系统在实际使用过程中无可避免地会因为空气温度和湿度的影响而结霜,因此精准高效除霜是改善该产品应用的重要手段。从翅片换热器设计、氟路系统图、冷媒流量控制以及智能除霜逻辑4个维度进行改善,通过机组真实应用场景模拟进行论证,实验表明:基于多重改善后的机组能有效应对复杂的应用,提高产品除霜特效。
The air source heat pump system will inevitably form frost due to the influence of air temperature and humidity during actual use.Therefore,precise and efficient defrosting is an important means to improve the application of this product.In this paper,improvements are made from the four dimensions of fin heat exchanger design,fluorine circuit diagram,refrigerant flow control,and intelligent defrosting logic.It is demonstrated through simulation of the real application scenarios of the unit.The experiment shows that the unit based on multiple improvements can effectively cope with the complexity.The application of the product can improve the defrosting effect of the product.
