摘要
依托凤城至梅里500 kV长江大跨越工程,研发一种OPGW-350用大吨位、大悬垂角的固定式双悬垂线夹,标称破坏荷载840 kN,单侧最大悬垂角28°。从结构设计展开,辅以理论计算和有限元模拟分析,通过型式试验,尤其是通过模拟工况进行通信测试试验,探讨利用固定式悬垂线夹提携OPGW光缆的可行性。
Relying on the 500 kV Yangtze River Crossing Project from Fengcheng to Meili,a large tonnage and large hanging angle fixed double suspension clamp for OPGW-350 has been developed.The nominal failure load is 840 kN and the maximum single side suspension angle is 28°.This article starts from the structural design,supplemented by theoretical calculations and finite element simulation analysis,and discusses the feasibility of using fixed suspension clamps to carry OPGW optical cables through type tests,especially communication test tests through simulated working conditions.
