变电站主变室自主通风联动控制方法研究

摘要 变电站主变室普遍存在温度过高、易发生火灾、电缆沟氧气不足等风险,严重影响变电站室内电气设备的安全运行寿命,威胁着运维人员人身安全。为了实现对变电站室内环境的实时监测与控制,文章提出了一种变电站室内自主通风联动控制方法,在自动运行方式下根据室内各种环境参数的实时值控制轴流风机的启停、运行数目、转速、转向、运行时间等参数,以实现室内设备运行要求。 There are many risks in the main transformer room of the substation,such as high temperature,easy fire,insufficient oxygen in the cable trench and so on,which seriously affect the safe operation life of the indoor electrical equipment of the substation and threaten the personal safety of the operation and maintenance personnel.In order to realize the real-time monitoring and control of the indoor environment of the substation,this paper proposes a linkage control method for the indoor independent ventilation of the substation.Under the automatic operation mode,the start and stop,operation number,speed,direction,operation time and other parameters of the axial flow fan are controlled according to the real-time values of various indoor environmental parameters,so as to realize the operation requirements of the indoor environmental load equipment.
