超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉干湿态转换技术研究

摘要 以某电厂1000 MW机组为主要研究对象,在分析其工程概况和系统应用的基础上,探讨了直流锅炉给水系统的干、湿态转换方式和转换过程,对其转换原理和转换手动控制过程进行了深入梳理,最后以直流锅炉干湿状态转换自动控制的关键技术为研究对象,在深入探讨储水箱水位控制、循环流量控制、中间点焓值控制策略等多项技术的基础上,分析了锅炉干湿态自动转换过程的试验效果,以不断提高我国百万超超临界燃煤机组干湿态自动转换控制水平[1]。 Taking 1000 MW unit of a power plant as the main research object,Based on the analysis of its engineering overview and system application,The dry and wet conversion methods of the water supply system of DC boiler are discussed,The conversion principle and the conversion manual control process are deeply reviewed,Finally,the key technology of automatic control of dry and wet state conversion in DC boiler is studied,On the basis of in-depth discussion of the storage tank water level control,circulating flow control,middle point enthalpy value control strategy and other technologies,The test effect of the automatic conversion process of dry and wet boiler is analyzed,It provides a reference[1]for one million ultra-supercritical coal-fired units to continuously improve the control level of dry-wet automatic conversion in China.
