介绍了一种以物联网技术为基础构建的电力营销服务管理系统,它能通过电量收集单元获取受控区域内用户的用电信息,并利用数据融分单元内设定的电费计量规则,将用电信息转化为初出费用,随后运用数据积累单元存储用户的用电信息,计算出所有用户的月用电量和对应的减值;同时根据用户连续三个月的用电情况统计数据,制定精准的初步优惠扣除标准、电力营销计划。在增强企业盈利能力和控制企业运营成本的同时,为用户提供更加安全、稳定以及公平的用电环境。
