变压器噪声控制技术及装备分析

Analysis of Noise Control and Equipment Technology of Transformer

干式变压器具有质量轻、维护方便、安装方便、体积小等优点,并且不会产生爆炸、火灾等事故。在现阶段我国不断推进城市建设工作过程中,逐步开始实施电网改造工作,以树脂浇注的干式变压器由于具有运行维护安全方便、可靠性高等特点,在6 kV到35 kV的电网中逐渐得到了广泛使用,但同时干式变压器所产生的噪声问题也逐渐受到了人们的重视。简要分析了干式变压器噪声的主要来源,并提出相应改善措施予以提出。

Dry transformer refers to the transformer that does not diffuse oil,this equipment has light quality,convenient maintenance,convenient installation,small volume and other advantages,and will not produce explosion,fire and other accidents.At this stage,in the process of urban construction,gradually began to implement power grid transformation,mainly resin cast dry transformer,safety and high reliability,operation and maintenance in the 6 kV to 35 kV power grid was widely used,but the noise problem caused by dry transformer has gradually received attention.This paper briefly analyzes the main source of noise of dry transformer and proposes the corresponding improvement measures.
