塑壳空气开关底座适配器的研制与应用

Development and Application of the Base Adapter of Molded Case Air Circuit Breaker

基于塑壳空气开关在低压配网线路中应用广泛但适配性较低的现状,研究并设计一种塑壳空气开关底座适配器,便于固定式塑壳空气开关的更换、拆装,提高了抢修复电的效率,降低抢修工作的难度及强度。通过这款以铝合金为主材料并且在同一面的X,Y轴上可以滑动的塑壳空气开关底座适配器的研发项目,解决了实际工作中的难题,验证了底座适配器的实用性强,实现了可以安装固定不同厂家各类型号的空气开关的便利性。

In thispaper,basedonthe current situation that molded case air circuit breaker is widely used in low-voltage distribution network but has low adaptability,an universal base adapter of molded case air circuit breaker is researched and designed to facilitate the replacement,disassembly and assembly of fixed molded case air circuit breaker,which will improve the efficiency of emergency repair and power recovery,in a large extent,reduce the difficulty and intensity of repair work.Through the research and development project of the base adapter of molded case air circuit breaker,which is made of aluminum alloy as the main material and can slide on the X and Y axis of the same surface,the practical problems in the actual work are solved,the practicability of the base adapter is verified,and the convenience of installing and fixing various types of air circuit breakers from different manufacturers is achieved.
