天水市智慧电力气象服务系统的设计与实现

摘要 为降低气象灾害对天水市电力系统的影响,利用地理信息数据、气象数据和电网数据,通过多灾种大数据融合分析技术、气象风险分级预警模型和定量化精细预报技术,开发了天水市智慧电力气象服务系统,实现了实时监测、气象预报和灾害预警一体化的功能。该系统的运用为电力系统提供气象保障服务和气象预警服务,对汛期电力系统的正常安全运行有重要意义。 In order to reduce the impact of meteorological disasters on the power system of Tianshui City,Tianshui was developed using geographic information data,meteorological data and power grid data,through multi-hazard big data fusion analysis technology,meteorological risk classification early warning model and quantitative fine forecasting technology.The city’s smart power weather service system realizes the integration of real-time monitoring,weather forecasting and disaster warning.The application of the system provides weather protection services and weather warning services for the power system,which is of great significance to the normal and safe operation of the power system during the flood season.
